The problem
County evidence comes from sources with different populations, dates and limitations. A public interface needs to make those differences legible before people draw conclusions.
The public experience
Visitors select a state and county. The preview displays county estimates for health insurance, transportation barriers and diagnosed diabetes, including confidence intervals and a source disclosure.
The disclosure identifies CDC PLACES county data, explains that estimates are model based and distinguishes area measurements from facts about an individual. Missing estimates are not treated as zero.
Built by SozoRock Technology
SozoRock Technology designs and builds the technology behind CB-CAP: system architecture, product interfaces, software, data contracts and cloud infrastructure. The engineering connects county selection to source-backed evidence and separates the public preview from institutional access.
The Foundation leads the mission, nonprofit programs and implementation in communities. Technology development supports that work; it does not transfer ownership or operation of the initiative to the corporation.
Observed result and limits
The public county preview is available. Institutional planning, funding, budget, workforce and monitoring capabilities require authorized access and activation; these capabilities are not available in the public preview.
CB-CAP is an initiative of The SozoRock Foundation. Its public experience remains on the Foundation domain.
